1. Sign an agreement pertaining to her obligations of attendance at Orientation and General Meetings, financial requirements, BCEIP sessions and committee work as well as her intent to be a member in good standing for five (5) years.
2. Attend three (3) Orientation sessions encompassing The Service Guild, The Bell Center and Watch and Learn held in September.
3. Contribute to a New Member team project which will be determined on an annual basis.
4. Attend and assist at the Partners in Training Meet the Families BBQ in October.
5. Serve and actively contribute to one of the following committees: Special Events, Guild Gala (Auction or Co-host a Gourmet Dinner) or Mercedes Marathon.
6. Work one full (12 -week) BCEIP All About Me session in either Session II or Session III.
7. Obtain two (2) meetings credits from December-May.
8. Work 1 (3) three hour Mercedes Marathon shift.
9. Pay New Member Application Fee of $25 (payment must accompany application), New Member Dues of $150 (payable at September orientation) and Guild Gala contribution of $250 (payable in January 2010)
Active Member Obligations
1. Obtain a minimum of five (5) meeting credits per year in addition to working one (3) three hour shift at the Mercedes Marathon.
2. Attend and complete Placement during the scheduled times designated by the President-Elect. Any variation from the scheduled times must be pre-approved by the President-Elect.
3. Be responsible for working one full (12-week) BCEIP session per year or the equivalent as approved by the Board.
4. Work no less than four of her seven required work sessions in the BCEIP classroom (2 of 5 if joined as of 2009). Up to three (3) may be earned by serving in the following Board positions: President, President-Elect, VP BCEIP, VP Membership, VP Public Relations, Guild Gala Chair and Mercedes Marathon Chair.
5. Serve on a Committee and fulfill all work assignments. (In lieu of committee work, members have the option of working an additional BCEIP All About Me session.)
6. Pay Annual Dues of $135 (payable prior to or during March Placement) and Guild Gala contribution of $250 (payable in January)
